Heading to one of my former homes tonight- the great town of Newark. Looking forward to seeing some old faces…. Looking forward to performing. There is something about performing in Newark that gives me a different energy, it’s an inviting but competitive simultaneously – why? Because Newark is home to a different breed of poet.  

                I’m hoping to be back more often – I drive everywhere else to perform, so we’ll see what the vibe is tonight.
